Hiring Process
Our hiring process is rigorous and usually follows these steps:
- Candidate submits an up-to-date Resume outlining his/her education/training, work experience and references, and completes an Employment Application Form
- A first interview takes place, usually by telephone, for qualified candidates
- At least 2 face-to-face interviews are scheduled with different members of the senior management team
- References are verified
- An OPP background check is performed
- An offer of Employment letter is issued to successful candidates
- An Employment Agreement is signed
